Encumbrance Certificate
Certificate showing any registered mortgages, liens, easements, or restrictions affecting the property.
- Active mortgages and creditor information
- Registered easements and servitudes

Title Deeds
Original or certified copies of property purchase agreements and transfer documents showing current ownership.
Municipal Documents
Building Permit
