Zonvido provides document due diligence services for real estate development projects in Chile. Our services include:
- Verification of property registration documents
- Review of building permits and municipal approvals
- Checking debt reports, liens, and encumbrances
- Verification of tax certificates and financial documents
- Preparation of comprehensive verification reports
Service Limitations
Our services are limited to document verification. We do not:
- Provide investment advice or recommendations
- Evaluate project profitability or market conditions
- Offer legal advice or interpret legal implications
- Conduct physical property inspections
- Guarantee project success or document completeness beyond our review date
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the project
- Grant access to necessary documents and records
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information
- Use our verification reports for informational purposes only
- Seek independent legal and financial advice before making investment decisions
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports prepared by Zonvido, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reports are prepared for the specific client and project and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all project information and documents provided to us. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.
Limitation of Liability
Zonvido provides document verification services based on information available at the time of review. We are not liable for:
- Changes in document status after our verification date
- Information not provided to us or unavailable in official registries
- Investment decisions made based on our reports
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate verification based on official sources. However, we rely on the accuracy and completeness of documents provided by clients and official registries. We are not responsible for errors in source documents.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Services are provided upon receipt of agreed payment unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate service engagement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antofagasta, Chile.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
